Vanilla filtered espresso, crunchy peanut butter cookies w/sea salt

Ingredients

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

1 cup of cane sugar 

1 large egg

filtered espresso grounds

vanilla extract

 

Instructions

Gently beat egg, mix all the other ingredients with it in a bowl.

Shape to size ball of cookie you want, use a wet fork to press and shape cookies.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.  Let cool, then enjoy.
